JAMMU, Oct 20: National Conference Minority Cell in its meeting here today held under the chairmanship of M N Pandita various issues of displaced Pandits were discussed.
As per a release, the meeting demanded immediate bifurcation of ration cards which are pending in RC Office, enhancement of cash relief, issuance of backward certificates to the migrant youth of backward areas, regular water supply to Jagti camp, launching of special employment drive for migrant youth in camp and non camp areas and implementation of PM’s package in letter with advertisement of remaining 3000 posts.
The meeting among others was also addressed by A K Raina, S N Dhar, Jigan Goja, Karan Chowdhary, P L Talashi, Gopi Krishan, Banerji Bhat, S L Pandita, M L Labroo, R N Fotedar, Bansi Lal Pandita and Pinky Bhat.
