JAMMU, May 27: National Conference is holding two more strategy sessions to review its debacle in Parliamentary elections and chalk out strategy for the Assembly polls.
Party sources said Core Group of the National Conference will hold another round of meeting tomorrow at the Chief Minister’s residence in Srinagar, the summer capital of the State while party office bearers from block to province level would meet at Sher-i-Kashmir Bhawan on May 31 in Jammu to discuss party’s defeat in Lok Sabha elections and devise strategy for the Assembly polls.
The NC’s brain storming session in Jammu would be attended by provincial committee, district and blocks presidents and secretaries.
While NC hadn’t fielded its candidates in any of the two seats of Jammu province, it was supporting the Congress contestants, both of whom lost to the BJP.
The party’s session at Jammu would be chaired by Chief Minister and NC working president Omar Abdullah.
