JAMMU, July 19: Minister for Planning & Development and Labour and Employment, Ajay Sadhotra today said that Government headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is committed to channelize the energy of youth towards right direction for equitable and speedy development of the State.
Addressed a massive youth convention of NC workers of Marh Block, he exhorted upon the youth to come forward and avail the benefits of Self Employment Schemes launched by the State Government especially SKWEPY.
He also deliberated upon the features of Public Service Guarantee Act (PSGA), which facilitate people of the State with an accountable and time bound public service delivery system.
Sadhotra said National Conference will once again emerge victorious in upcoming 2014 Assembly elections under the leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for steering the State towards progress and prosperity, as massive development has been registered in every sector during the last five and half years in all the three regions of the State.
The Minister cautioned the people against the political groups, which he said are bent upon to divide the people on religious, caste and regional lines and appealed them to supplement Government’s efforts of ensuring overall growth of the State.
