Addressing a public meeting at Gho Brahmana in Ramgarh today, Slathia said that the BJP and PDP led Coalition Government failed in delivering on all fronts, as a result of which Jammu region suffered the most. Elaborating on the BJP-PDP’s governance deficit in J&K, Slathia said that they were working at cross purposes. He said the problems of the people were pushed to backburner while controversial issues were being raised and encouraged to divert the attention of people from failure of the Government on all fronts.
Slathia referred to BJP’s colossal failures and said the people have now realized their mistake of handing over the reins to in-experienced and irrational elements who knew nothing but dividing people by inciting passions. He said National Conference alone can ensure Jammu and Kashmir as a united and prosperous State and urged the people to strengthen the party at grass roots level.
