JAMMU, June 24: The ongoing Natrang’s Children Theatre Camp is buzzing with creativity and innovation these days.
A group of 70 children produce and perform almost five to six short plays every day and the most noteworthy part of these new creations is that from conceptualization to story, to direction and acting, every creative department is being looked-after by children themselves under the guidance of a team of 7 to 8 Natrang’s experienced trainers.
One trainer, Vaishali Dhiman came all way from New Delhi to train the future stars of Natrang. Children at Natrang’s Theatre Camp are setting novice trends by exploring new horizons of creativity and innovation and are experimenting alternative way of self exploration through the magnificent art of theatre.
While discussing details of this initiative of Natrang, it’s director Balwant Thakur informed that everywhere the work of creativity with children is being done as a fashion. But in Natrang, highly experienced and trained people work in infusing creativity amongst children. Theatre is not only making them confident but also enriching them with intellect and art of self expression.
The children who are participating the workshop include Medansh Sharma, Atharav Sharma, Trisha Gupta, Palshin Dutta, Bharvika Bandral, Aryaman Singh Bandral, Haleema Fatima, Zainab Kubra, Sanyam Arora, Anah Sharma, Satyam Mehara, Saanchi Dutta, Parth Prabhakar, Simran Nag,Xenia Nagpal, Mannat Sharma, Aviral Kapoor, Srishti Kapoor, Antariksh Nag, Abhinandan Nangla, Adhishwar Gupta, Priyal Gupta, Anadya Beri, Pavitt Singh, Abir Beri, Nandani Singh, Samaksh Gupta, Adhyayan, Rakshit Sharma, Arav Goel, Raghav Sharma, Vaibhav Suri, Saksham Kashyap, Vedhant Suri, Soujanya Shekhar, Urvashi Mahajan, Daiwak Sharma, Shreyas Bhagat, Pratayaksh Bhagat, Devangi Sharma, Gaurangi Sharma, Sheryl Sharma, Rudra Kohli, Nikhilesh Singh, Rudhav, Vihaan Dogra, Harsh Dogra and Droan Dushyant Kohli.
