JAMMU, July 2: Natrang organized two day workshop on ‘New Emerging Trends in Acting’ concluded here today.
The workshop focused on latest developed approaches in actors’ training and self development and was conducted by USA trained actor/director/trainer, Vikram Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion, Natrang Director, Balwant Thakur said that Natrang keeps exposing its actors to the new developing trends and approaches in acting and theatre practice as without up-gradation skilled human resource cannot imagine growth and progress in the work of a creative institution.
A handout stated that Vikram Sharma is a Delhi based actor and actor trainer. He is alumni of world renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, New York. In India he has been part of many short films and ad film campaigns.
Those who participated in the workshop included Sumit Raina, Abhinav Sharma, Gopi Sharma, Sushant Singh Charak, Meenakshi Bhagat, Shivam Singh, Aarti Bhagat, Kananpreet Kaur, Rishav Sharma, Akash Wadhwan, Mohit Sharma and Chahat Katyal.
