SAMBA, Nov 10: On the instructions of Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, RK Wattal (Principal District & Sessions Judge), National Legal Services Day was observed in collaboration with District administration, in the conference hall of District Head Quarter Nandhni Hill, Samba.
The programme was organized under the chairmanship of Chairman, DLSA, RK Wattal along with Deepak Sethi, Chairman, TLSC (CJM), Shabnam Sheik, Secretary, DLSA and Additional Munsiff Jyoti Bhagat. Nodal officers from all the departments and all PLVs of district Samba attended the programme.
Deepak Sethi, Chairman TLSC (CJM), Shabnam Sheikh, Secretary, DLSA, Jyoti Bhagat (Additional Munsiff), several advocates and mediators of District Court Samba spoke on the occasion and threw light on the importance of ADR methods of Lok Adalat, mediation and conciliation.
