JAMMU, Apr 3: Theatre Group ‘Nat Manch’ here today celebrated its 7th Foundation Day.
Founder and President of the Group, Tarun Sharma read a report of the journey of Nat Manch for the last seven years.
Founded on April 3, 2012, the group started its journey with staging of plays, Nukkad Nataks, sports and cultural activities and plantation drives.
In last seven years over 350 plays were staged by Nat Manch in its Tuesday theatre series programme while new plays, mega events, short films, advertisements and video songs were also performed by the Group.
A handout stated that Nat Manch has emerged as one of the important cultural and sports centres of the country which made a record of 51 plays in one day at different places in Jammu.
The Group also presented its own reality show ‘Jammu Boys’ through which many participants from different parts of the State participated.
Those who attended the foundation day celebration programme of Nat Manch were Mahatma Tilak, Rajinder Samyal, Seema Anand, Yash Pal Nirmal and Ranjeet Singh.
