JAMMU, Sept 12: Narulas The First Step School celebrated Grandparents Day with enthusiasm and fervour in the School premises, here today.
The programme aimed at putting forward the role of grandparents in the lives of children. The programme began with the prayers of different religions followed by rhymes, songs, dances and musical play depicting importance of grandparents.
The children presented cards to their grandparents.
The programme was concluded by the Principal of the School, Tanvi Narula with her speech, who lauded the performance of the students, teachers and co-operation of the grandparents.
