SAMBA, Aug 31: A car driver had a narrow escape today after his vehicle which he was driving hit with two stray animal at National Highway on Raya Morh. However his car was totally damaged in the accident.
According to the information, the car driver was on way to Raya . His vehicle hit two buffalos on the Highway resulting the on spot death of the one animal and injury to another animal on the road. The car also suffered a heavy damage but the driver of the car had a narrowly survival. The local people immediately rushed the car driver to Vijaypur Government Accidental Hospital where after first aid he was discharged
The people of the area said that animals have been lying on the National Highway for a long time. It is important to note that on the Jammu -Pathankot National Highway, the unknown animals are continuously moving due to which accidents are often taking place.
