JAMMU, Feb 7: Election of All J&K Megh Sabha was held here today under the supervision of B.D Bhagat, Sabha Election Commissioner where Narinder Datt was elected as Sabha president.
Other office bearers elected were Sham Lal and Dr. Jeet Budhacarya-both elected as vice presidents; Amar Nath, elected as cashier; Romesh Chander Bhagat, general secretary; Swarna Bhagat, Neelam Kumari, Krishan Lal, Devi Dass, Laxami Dass, Sat Pal, Ashok Kumar and Parmveer Bhagat-all elected as members; Rajinder Bhagat, organising secretary and Aswani Bhagat, president Legal Cell.
After being elected as Sabha president, Narinder Datt assured the gathering that he and his team will work for development of the community.
