JAMMU, June 2: Showering praise on the personality and the working style of ‘Devrishi’ Narad Ji, senior journalist and National working president of Bharat-Tibet Sehyog Manch, Kuldeep Chand Aghnihotri described him the best among all journalists of all the times.
Addressing the media persons during the celebration of Narad Jayanti, organized by Trikuta Sanvad Kendra, here at Press Club today, Mr Aghnihotri said that the nation celebrates Narad Jayanti as the ‘Journalists Day’, adding that the Saint is serving as an inspiration for the journalists of the modern era and proving to be like a beacon-light to guide and goad them not to derail from the mainstream in the present world.
Mr Aghnihotri further said that Narad Ji used to go to devils as also to Gods and his way of living served a message to all to believe in truth and achieve bliss and ecstasy.
The programme was presided over by Balram Saini, senior journalist and Bureau Chief Punjab Kesari, who while addressing the media persons on the occasion said that the present era is the era of media which plays a pivotal role in building a healthy society, adding that the media persons should take inspiration from ‘Narad Ji’ to do their jobs efficiently and effectively, to everybody’s satisfaction.
Earlier, Satyadev Gupta, president, Trikuta Sanvad Kendra, Jammu in his welcome address highlighted the activities of the organization, while Upendra Sharma presented vote of thanks.
