JAMMU, Oct 21: State secretary of Pradesh Congress Committee, Namrata Sharma asked the party activists to gear up their activities in view of coming Assembly elections.
Addressing Congress workers and locals of the area at Sultanpur and Bhatyari in Bishnah constituency today, the PCC secretary assured the people about the over all development of the area. She said the people of this constituency need better infrastructure in terms of roads, water & power supply, college and health related infrastructure.
She said Congress Party is committed for better development in the State and only this party can ensure it.
The Congress leader demanded that Government should provide compensation for damaged crops and also to those who were injured or lost life in Pakistani firing. A large number of people of the area attended the public meetings.
