REASI, Aug 14: A Naib Tehsildar has been suspended following registration of FIR against him under section 377 of IPC after he was found committing an un-natural offence under the jurisdiction of Arnas Police Station.
An order of suspension was issued today by Deputy Commissioner Reasi. According to the order, Jamal Din, Look After Naib Tehsildar attached in Tehsil office Thuroo, has been placed under suspension with immediate effect, till further orders. The official shall remain attached in the office of Tehsildar Reasi during the suspension period.
As per the FIR, the accused official was found committing an un-natural offence under section 377 of IPC, which attracts a strict criminal proceedings in the court of law.
