JAMMU, Apr 28: Chairman, Fee Re-structure Committee for unaided private education institutions and Supervisory/ Monitoring Constitutional Permanent Committee for J&K, Retired Justice Muzaffar Jan visited the Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR), Nardni Bajwan (Raipur).
He was received by the Chairman JIAR, Dr Roop Lal, Chairperson, Managing Director and Advisor to the Institution.
After visiting the office of the Principal, Vice Principal of the College, Jan visited the class rooms of BAMS and MD/MS students, and also interacted with the BAMS and MD/MS Ayurveda students.
He visited all the faculties, museum, laboratory, library and anatomy practical/dissection hall and also interacted with the students and expressed his satisfaction while interacting with students undergoing the practical training.
Jan was very much impressed while visiting Ras Shastra (Pharmacy) Department, where the students were practically preparing the different types of medicines/ Ras.
While paying his visit to projection hall, Muzaffar Jan held interaction with the students. He also visited the Herbal garden.
Justice assured to visit the institution again in near future.
