NEW DELHI, Dec 11: Cardamom prices fell 1.68 per cent to Rs 956.20 per kg in futures trade today as speculators reduced their exposure amid tepid demand in the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in December month fell by Rs 16.30, or 1.68 per cent to Rs 956.20 per kg in business turnover of 1 lot.
Traders said offloading of positions by participants amid easing demand in the spot market against adequate stocks position on higher supplies from producing regions weighed on cardamom prices at the futures trade. (PTI)
