Muslim Morcha for citizenship rights to West Pak refugees

SRINAGAR, Feb 4: BJP Muslim Morcha State president Mushtaq Ahmed Noorabadi has demanded that 24 reserved seats in Assembly for people of PoJK  be filled up by the PoJK refugees.
In a statement issued here today, he said that PoJK refugees putting up in the State for last over 60 years be given representation by filling up these seats.
Noorabadi also criticized those parties who were opposed to granting citizenship rights to West Pak refugees who have migrated to this part of the country during partition in 1947 and since then were passing the days as second class citizens.
He said denial of citizenship rights to them is a great human rights violation and no religion sanctions it.
Denial of Government jobs, right to property and right to vote is totally an injustice with these hapless people who are struggling for the same for last over 60 years, he added.
