JAMMU, Nov 11: Intensifying campaign in Raipur Domana constituency, former Minister and senior Congress leader Mula Ram held public meetings at Paloura and Paloura Top and several other localities and appealed the people to support Congress candidate.
Addressing public meeting, organised by local Congress leader Bhagat Ram, block general secretary, Mula Ram said that Congress has ensured better development in the State. The party is now going to the public for seeking support purely on its development plank. He said only Congress is the party which can ensure better development and do justice with all the regions of the State.
Mula Ram further said that many old age and widows are not getting pension regularly and many people have been deprived of the benefits being provided by the Central Government. He assured that if Congress comes to power old age and widow pension would be enhanced. Mula Ram appealed the people to support Congress party for seeking better development.
Senior Congress leaders Anil Chopra president DCC Jammu urban, Hari Singh Chib, Shamsher Singh Chib, Tallantar Singh, Bhagat Ram, Rajni Balla, Ramesh Singh, Gurdyal Choudhary, Raghubir Panch, Rattan Singh, Raghunath Singh and Suraj Parkash also spoke on the occasion.
