JAMMU, Apr 17: Mochi Phali Seat Athroat Trust Jammu organized Annual General Body meeting of subscribers, special donors at Bhan Sahab Ashram Durga Nagar under the chairmanship of Veer Ji Bhat. The meeting was called to review its functioning, progress and presentation of income and expenditure for the year 2021-22.
Dr Ravinder Raina was the chief guest on this occasion. Veer Ji Bhat while welcoming the guests, informed about the policies and programs of the trust related to the needy persons of the community. He informed that an amount of Rs. 1.82 lakh has been distributed among the patients and other needy persons in the year 2021-22.
The members retained Veer Ji Bhat as chairman for 6th consecutive term while as Roshan Lal Bhat, R.L.Koul and Sundri Lal Koul have been retained as treasurer, auditor and joint secretary respectively for next three years. Sushil Kumar Razdan shall now be the general secretary in place of A.K.Dhar while as Sunil Raina has been nominated as Auditor-II by the members by passing a resolution in place of S.K.Razdan.
C.L.Bhat, A.K.Matoo, K.K.Pandita, S.L.Pandita, Surinder Pandita, Venu Ji Bhat, Sahil Bhat, Padam Ji Pandita, & others stressed for quality membership drive and assured full support from their end to the Working Committee.
Chand Ji Ambardar, president Swami T.N.Bhan Sahib Ashram Durga Nagar while giving a full support for organizing the meeting, expressed his full satisfaction by the way the trust is working without any partiality or discrimination. R.L Bhat treasurer of the trust presented the income and expenditure statement before the members.
Sundri Lal Koul joint secretary presented the vote of thanks to the members for sparing their valuable time for participation on the meeting.
