Srinagar, June 4: Police today said a motorcyclist was injured in a mishap at Handwara in Northern Kupwara district.
A police spokesman said that a Sumo bearing registration number JK05A-0743 hit a motorcycle bearing registration number JK09A-4541 driven by Fayaz Ahmad Bhat near T- Junction Chotipora in Handwara area of the district, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist.
“The injured was shifted to District Hospital Handwara for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he added.
