SAMBA, July 9: A motorcyclist was injured in road mishap after his bike slipped near Jatwal area of Samba district today.
The incident took place this afternoon at Jammu-Pathankot National Highway near Jatwal, when a motorcycle bearing Registration Number PB02DY- 7242 moving towards Samba from Ghagwal and on reaching near Main Chowk Jatwal, slipped, as result the biker received critical injuries. Some local people immediately rushed him to District Hospital Samba for treatment.
The injured has been identified as Ravinder Singh, son of Joginder Singh resident of Punjab.
In this regard police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law and started further investigation.
