JAMMU, Feb 19: A month -long spiritual activity during the auspicious month of Magh was held at Bhagwaan Gopinathji Ashram, Udaiwala, Bohri, near here and it culminated on the occasion of Kaw Puranmashi today.
The activity commenced from the 22nd of Janaury 2019. The activity was held from 5 am to 7 am daily. Despite inclement weather and severe cold conditions hundreds of devotees participated in this activity during auspicious month with zeal and devotion to receive ever flowing grace of Bhagawaanj.
During this month about one and half crore Vedic mantras were recited for the welfare of mankind. The devotees were also served Prashad after culmination of function today.
Another religious function held in connection with Maga Massa culminated at Swami Kumar Ji Geeta Satsangh Ashram, Muthi with religious fervor and gaiety today. On the occasion a Maha Yagya was also performed in the Ashram which started yesterday and culminated this afternoon with Puranahuti. This was followed by serving of Prashad to devotees.
Swami Kumar Ji on the occasion threw light on the religious significance of Maga Massa and Kaw Puranmashi.
