JAMMU, Mar 13: In view of the scheduled Lok Sabha polls, the State Government has established a Monitoring Cell to coordinate the flow of election related information/proposal to the various departments.
The cell shall work under the overall supervision of Subash Chibber, Additional Secretary GAD, and will have the supporting staff comprising Girdhari Lal, Deputy Secretary GAD; Iftikhar Rasool Hamdani, Under Secretary GAD; Zahoor Ahmad Ganani, Head Assistant GAD; Shabir Ahmnad Sofi, Jr Asstt GAD; Sanjeet Singh, Jr Asstt, Agruclture Deptt and Vinay Kalhotra, Orderly, Department of Floriculture, Parks & Gardens.
In addition to these, the officials working in the Administration Section of GAD shall also be part of the Monitoring Cell.
