LUCKNOW, Feb 18:
Claiming that Modi wave was sweeping across Uttar Pradesh, senior BJP leader and Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra today said that the real BJP wave has start just before the third phase of polls in the state to be held tomorrow.
“We are again witnessing 2014 like wave in favour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi ,as the party which has an edge in the first two phases, was now sweeping across the state,” he stated.
Talking to reporters here Mr Mishra, MP from Deoria, said that in the third phase of polling, the ruling Samajwadi Party would witness opposition within the Yadav vote bank due to the Mulayam Singh Yadav factor while BSP too is very weak in this region.
“OBCs vote will go en-block in favour of the BJP besides the Dalits who are opposed to Mayawati will also support the party in a big way,” he claimed.
After third phase, the BJP will sweep across UP and in coming phases of election in eastern UP it will be seen clearly, he claimed.
The Union Minister, who was instrumental in providing large number of jobs through MSME, claimed that anyone can guess that the micro, small and medium units in the country has grown up by a record 24 lakhs in just two years time when the total number of units in the country was just around 2 lakhs when NDA came to power in 2014.
“These units have already engaged more than 2 crore people besides other schemes of the Central Government too have given enough jobs to the youth,” he said while replying to the allegation of the opposition that Centre had failed to give jobs as promised in their 2014 poll manifesto. (UNI)
