BJP has worked for all: Rashpaul Verma

JAMMU, Mar 17: In keeping with Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s focus on women voters ahead of 2019 elections, the BJP has decided to increase the presence of women to bolster the party’s strength and decided to mobilise women voters at the grass roots level.
Today “Mahila Jodo Abhiyan” a joint programme was organized in district Jammu West by State president, Mahila Morcha Rajni Sethi & State president, OBC Morcha, Rashpaul Verma. Hundreds of women from OBC category in Ward No 28 and from Ward No 39 joined the Mahila Morcha.
Rajni Sethi expressed her gratitude to the women supporters for joining the BJP and hoped that the new comers would work hard and provide their services to the party and society. She praised the women saying that they would prove to be assets for the party in the days to come and said that the entry of such women would enable the BJP scale victory in 2019 elections.
While addressing the gathering, Rajni Sethi said that with each passing day more and more women are joining BJP Mahila Morcha and it is due to the fact that they want to get themselves associated with the party to strengthen the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s vision and mission “when you empower women, you empower a family”.
Sethi stressed on providing information about Centrally sponsored schemes especially for women folk, like Ujjawala, Skill Development initiated by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. She also prompted women workers to use social media to spread information about these schemes and focused upon strengthen of organisation.
OBC Morcha , State president, Rashpaul Verma said it is a matter of pride that women are increasingly playing a bigger role in the development of the nation. BJP is the party of ideology and only this party has given true representation to the women cutting across all the differences of region or religion.
He added that BJP national president, Amit Shah and Union Minister, Nitin Gadkari are the best examples who with their hard work and sincerity attained highest position in the party and congratulated the new entrants and said that they need to work hard to fulfil the dream seen by Prime Minister Modi.
District president Jammu West, Mahila Morcha, Veena Gupta, district general secretary, Reema Padha and Brahmam Jyot State general secretary OBC Morcha were also present during the programme.
