JAMMU, Feb 12: Dr Nirmal Singh, former Dy Chief Minister and Parliamentary Cluster Incharge, Sham Lal Sharma, convenor Labharthi Sammelan J&K & BJP State vice president, vice-president, Chander Mohan Gupta, State co-convenor, Reema Padha, convenor Jammu-Parliamentary constituency, Daljeet Singh Chib, co-convenor Sarb Singh Naag (DDC Chairperson), and co-convenor Neelam Nargotra addressed the Labharthi (beneficiary) Sammelan at BJP Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
BJP district presidents from the Jammu Parliamentary constituency, convenors and co-convenors from Mandal levels, IT Cell district in charges attended the workshop.
Dr. Nirmal Singh, while addressing the beneficiaries, said that schemes like Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Ann Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Kissan Samman Nidhi and many others helped the most needy and downtrodden citizens in their upliftment. He said that BJP Government is doing tremendous work for the upliftment of the downtrodden section of the society. “Several bold and historic steps have been taken by Modi Government which has given benefits to all of us,’’ he further added that the majority of women folk, youth and particularly farmers, are benefited from the schemes initiated by the Modi Government for the overall development.
Sham Sharma said that the benefits of Central schemes like Skill Development, Mudra and Ayushman Bharat have led to the development of all the sections of the society on the lines of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas”. Elaborating on the public welfare schemes like Ujjwala, Har Ghar Jal, Swachh Bharat and COVID relief package worth 20 lakh crore rupees, Sham Lal Sharma said that the decisions have helped in uplifting the agriculture and infrastructure sector besides helping the economy.
Daljit Singh Chib conducted the proceedings. BJP district presidents Rajeev Sharma, Omi Khajuria, Rekha Mahajan, and Kashmira Singh were among the other prominent to attend the workshop.
