Modi Govt improved road connectivity: Raina

NOWSHERA, Mar 11: Ravinder Raina, president, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir addressed a massive public rally at Dabbar/Seri, here today.
Ravinder Raina was accompanied by DDC member, Sangeeta, BDC member Neena, Masood, Master Pichori, Anita Choudhary, Department officials and other prominent persons. Member Parliament, Jugal Kishore Sharma also joined on the occasion through online mode.
Before addressing a jampacked rally, Ravinder Raina and Jugal Kishore Sharma laid the foundation stone of bridge connecting Seri, Dabbar and Jagoti. The bridge will be constructed at the cost of nine crore rupees.
While addressing the gathering, Ravinder Raina greeted Gujjar & Bakerwal brothers and sisters for Ramdan month and said that a long pending demand has been fulfilled with the construction of this bridge. He said that the earlier Governments only made promises but did not do anything for the development of the border district. He said that when he was an MLA, he released massive funds for the road connectivity and development of the area. It was during that period, that the demand for the construction of a bridge at Seri had come and now it is the BJP again, which made tremendous efforts for the construction of this bridge and got the funds released from the MP funds.
Raina said that the Central Government has allotted massive funds for the improvement of road connectivity in the border district and added that it is because of this, that Jammu -Poonch road is being developed on the four-lane pattern. He said that road connectivity has been improved on Mughal road and now this road is also open for traffic throughout a year.
Raina said that Prime Minister, Narender Modi has initiated many schemes for the poor the needy such as PM Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, PM Kissan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Ladli Beti Yojana, Vishwakarma, Jan Dhan Yojana and people are benefitted in large by these schemes.
He further said that the Parliamentary election is approaching and asked the people to vote in favour of BJP so that the spree of development is continued, by ensuring that the Narendra Modi becomes the Prime Minister for third consecutive term.
