JAMMU, July 17: Pawan Raina, former senior vice president J&K youth congress and Sarpanch Panchyat Kharian today started the construction work of lane at village Kharian with the estimated cost of Rs 10 lakh.
MLC B.R. Kundal was the chief guest on the occasion, who along with Pawan Raina initiated the construction work (black topping) of the lane which was the long pending of the inhabitants of the area.
Speaking on the occasion B.R. Kundal applauded the efforts of Pawan Raina for taking keen interest in solving the issues and problems of common masses and showed full confidence in him.
He also approved fund for the construction of community hall in the village Kharian and said that he will pay the entire construction cost of the community hall.
