Nowshera, Sept 23: Chief spokesperson of PCC Ravinder Sharma (MLC), provided ambulance to Bimbliya-Thangriot Panchayat from his CDF to meet the long pending demand of the area.
A function was held at Bimbliya (Katli) and Thangriot to express gratitude to MLC Ravinder Sharma for providing medical facility to the remote and far-flung areas of Nowshera-Sunderbani. BMO-Sunderbani Dr. Govind Sharma, Sarpanchs Suresh Kumar and Rakesh Kumar, Talentar Singh, Nek Ram besides other prominent citizens of the area were present on this occasion. They also thanked for creation of new Niabat at Bimbliya.
Mr. Sharma, who is on tour of district Rajouri to assess the damage caused due to devastating floods and to monitor the relief operation, also provided funds for protection of school building at Katli which is in danger because of recent floods. He also urged upon the authorities to repair Katli-Owna road which has been closed due to land sliding. He also urged upon the authorities to take up the repair and improvement of Bimbliya to Devak road via Devli which is a vital link.
