JAMMU, Aug 30: The dead body of a missing youth was today found in a canal in Jourian area of city outskirts.
“The dead body of Joginder Lal (24) son of Anshu Ram, resident of Kotha (Jourian), who was missing since August 26, was recovered this morning from Partap Canal near village Paniyali in Jourian area of Khour Tehsil,” police sources said.
They said the body was spotted by some locals who informed the police. “A case has been registered, while the cause behind the death is being ascertained”, police said.
