Missing driver’s body recovered from river

RAJOURI, July 9: The dead body of missing Tipper driver who was washed away in Darhali Nallah along with his associate and vehicle near Aitti village on Friday, was recovered from Munawar Tawi near Narian in Nowshera area today.
A police spokesman said that the deceased was later identified as Ibrar (23), son of Jamal Din, resident of Sokar village in Kandi. A villager noticed the body lying at the bank of river and informed police. A police party from Chingus shifted body to District Hospital Rajouri.
Yesterday, the dead body of Sajjad had been recovered from Darhali Nallah by police and locals, the police said.
It may be recalled that a JCB and Tipper had been washed away along with Ibrar and Sajjad hailing from Kandi area, in a flash flood in Darhali Nallah during morning hours on Friday.
