RAMBAN, May 4: The occupants of tempo traveler had a miraculous escape when the vehicle they were traveling in skidded off the road and got struck with trees near Nagam, tehsil Banihal on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
As per police sources, a tempo traveler bearing registration number JK02AW-2968 was on its way to Jammu from Srinagar, when the driver lost control over the steering resulting the vehicle got struck between trees near Nagam, tehsil Banihal on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
All the occupants of the vehicle were evacuated and all were safe.
Had the vehicle did not got struck between the trees, it would have fallen into a deep gorge, resulting into casualties or injuries to the passengers.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
