POONCH, Oct 11: A minor girl allegedly tried to commit suicide by setting herself ablaze in teshil Mandi.
As per reports, 17-year-old Rashida Bi, daughter of Munir Hussain of Azmabadh, teshil Mandi allegedly set herself on fire this afternoon.
She was rushed to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Mandi, where after preliminary treatment, she was referred to District Hospital Poonch for advance treatment.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
