JAMMU, Mar 11: The Full Court, in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice M M Kumar, ordered minor reshuffle in the higher judiciary.
According to the order issued by Registrar General, Suresh Kumar Sharma, Kaneez Fatima, Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption CBI Cases J&K against available post due to elevation of B L Bhat as Judge of State High Court.
The charge of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla has been given to 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge till further orders.
Kartar Singh, Principal District and Sessions Judge Samba has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu, a post which fell vacant after the retirement of Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal.
Inder Singh, Judicial Member, Sales Tax Tribunal has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Samba.
