UDHAMPUR, May 29: A minor girl was allegedly raped by a youth, who kidnapped her and kept in confinement in Chenani.
Police has arrested the rape accused Ganesh Singh of Barmen and his associate Anchal Singh.
The matter came into light today when the 14-year old victim approached Chenani Police Station alleging that she was kidnapped and raped by the accused on May 27.
Acting swiftly, Police registered the case under Section 365 and arrested the main accused as well as his associate.
