JAMMU, Jan 7: A minor girl has been raped by a youth in the area falling under the jurisdiction of Arnia Police Station.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a lady with Police Station Arnia stating that her 12-year-old daughter has been kidnapped by a youth identified as Balbir Kumar, son of Mohan Lal of Makwal along with his one associate and raped her.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 5/2021 under Sections 452, 363, 376 and 109 IPC and 3/4 Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered at Police Station Arnia and hunt has been launched to nab the accused.
