SRINAGAR, Oct 9: Eight persons including a minor girl were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
Reports said that a Motorcycle skidded off the road near Foot Bridge-Lal Mandi, Srinagar, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist Javid Ahmad, son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din resident of Bota Kadal, Srinagar. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tractor skidded and fell in a river near village Sugen-Khag, resulting in injuries to driver Nisar Ahmad, aged 18 years and Irshad Ahmad, aged 21 years, son of Ali Mohammad Malik resident of Wadipora-Khag. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tata Magic vehicle number JK03C/8899 and a motorcycle JK03A/0276 collided near village Bona Dialgam, Anantnag, resulting in injuries to the Motorcyclist Mofid Ahmad Mir, son of Zulfkar Ahmad and two pillion Ajaz Ahmad Parray, son of Ghulam Nabi and Junaid Ahmad Bhat, son of Ghulam Nabi residents of Bona Dialgam. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tata Sumo JK01K/2005 hit and injured eight years old girl Saima, daughter of Javid Ahmad Bhat resident of Braripora near Braripora, Handwara. The injured has been shifted to Sub-District Hospital, Handwara for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tata Mobile CH03/7440 hit and injured a pedestrian Javid Ahmad Peer, son of Shamsudin resident of Kabab Marg near Hayan-Trehgam, Kupwara. The injured has been shifted to Sub-District Hospital Kupwara for treatment.
