UDHAMPUR, Feb 17: A minor boy was hit by a rashly driven car at Bal Pur Majalta while another car rolled down near Kali Mata temple, Jakheni, on the National Highway, here today.
According to police reports, an Alto Car bearing registration number JK14C-8780 hit a minor at Bal Pur Majalta. Locals took the injured to Primary Health Center Majalta where doctors referred the child to GMC Hospital Jammu. The injured was identified as Varun (06) son of Mohan Lal of village Sundla in Majalta.
In another road accident, an i10 car JK14-4207 rolled down into a deep gorge near Kali Mata temple while on was from Udhampur to Samroli. Police and locals rush to the spot and took the injured driver to District Hospital Udhampur. The injured was identified as Sham Singh (35) son of Dharm Singh of Samroli.
