JAMMU, Feb 14: Semi skilled labourers of Military Dairy Farm, Satwari Cantonment demanded regularisation of their services, release of pending salaries.
“We have been serving the Military Dairy Farm since last 20-25 years but due to nonchalant attitude of the authority concerned, we are still not getting the basic facilities such as regular salaries, pending arrear/dues from the month of April 2014 under contractual system”, said Mehar Singh.
Singh further said that some employees were terminated from the services for raising their voice for regularisation.
Thereafter, we filled a writ petition against the termination orders issued by authority concerned in the court of Tribunal CAT, Chandigarh and the court directed them to reinstate all the terminated employees immediately and start the regularisation process with releasing of all pending arrear/dues.
But till date, neither the authority concerned start regularisation process nor release our pending dues so far.
