JAMMU, Sept 3: In an impressive and well attended meeting, migrant teachers, who have been promoted as masters, vide Government Order No: 928 of Education Department, have appealed the Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand for their adjustment as per the past practice at an earliest.
The promotees while feeling disgusted over an indifferent treatment meted out to them with regard to their adjustment, said that 5 months have lapsed since their promotion order on March 30, 2013.
They further said that despite their several representations, nothing concrete has come out with regard to their adjustments, adding that the situation has left them in the lurch and caught them in a fix.
The promotees have requested the Deputy CM, who holds the charge of the Department of Education to adjust them as soon as possible to help them serve the department with devotion and dedication.
