UDHAMPUR, July 8: In an apparent case of suicide, a middle aged man was found hanging at his house in village Rassain in Ramnagar.
According to the police report, Puran Chand (52), son of Gouri Chand, resident of Rassain, Tehsil Ramnagar, was found hanging from wooden log with a rope in his house under mysterious circumstances.
On being informed by the family member, a Police team from Police Station Ramnagar rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to hospital.
Cause of provocation behind the apparent suicide could not be ascertained while Ramnagar Police has registered a case in this regard for further investigation.
