JAMMU, Sept 19: A mentally unsound person has injured two persons of his area with sharp edged weapon, a police official said.
The injured persons were identified as Jeet Raj, son of Charan Dass and Parminder Singh, son of Balwant Singh, both residents of Karwal.
They were shifted to GMCH Jammu, where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
The accused identified as Rakesh Kumar has been taken into custody.
Phalian Mandal Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
