JAMMU, Jan 19: A book on Dr BR Ambedkar was released by Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union State Minister of Parliament Affairs, Heavy Industries Enterprises , during his visit to Jammu.
The book was written by Gian Chand Dogra, a renowned author, poet and Managing Director of Dr Ambedkar Group of 15 Convent Schools in J&K.
During the well attended function, the union minister was apprised that Gian Chand Dogra had already written 12 books which were released by K R Narayanan, the then President of India and other eminent personalities.
Meghwal appreciated the hard work of Gian Chand Dogra and assured that he would extend his full cooperation, needed for the welfare of the students. He said that the education enables a person to understand the world better and achieve all the desired goals with the dedication and the purity.
BJP SC Morcha State Prabhari Chandigarh, Surinder Bhagat and General Secreary Valmiki Sadar Sabha Bharati Hans thanked the minister for extending his full cooperation for the noble cause of imparting education to the needy and the deprived students of the society.
