Senior PDP leader Vinod Sharma said that lopsided development polices of BJP in the Jammu West Constituency are responsible for the underdevelopment of masses and PDP will try to improve the same if Bhasin is voted to power.
Others who were accompanying Bhasin included Jaipal, Tarsem, Jagdish, Pappi Kumar, Suresh, Pravin, Davinder etc.
