SRINAGAR, May 3: The President of the Apni Party, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, chaired an executive body meeting at the party headquarters in Srinagar today.
As per a statement, the meeting was convened to assess the party’s performance and discuss the current political scenario in Jammu and Kashmir.
The executive body meeting was a crucial gathering for the party leadership to evaluate the party’s progress and outline its future strategy, it said.
During the meeting, the participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the political scenario in the region, and the party leaders offered their valuable insights and suggestions to further strengthen the party’s position in Jammu and Kashmir.
The party leaders decided to focus on enhancing their public outreach campaign and membership drive, particularly in the far-flung areas across the Valley.
The meeting was left unfinished, and it was decided to defer it to hold the next meeting in the coming days.
The prominent party leaders who attended the meeting included Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, party’s Parliamentary Committee Chairman Mohammad Dilawar Mir, Vice-President Zaffar Iqbal Manhas, Vice-President Javaid Mustafa Mir, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Chief Spokesperson Javaid Hussain Baigh among others.
