JAMMU, Dec 19: A meeting of J&K Medical Employees Federation was held here today under the chairmanship of Sushil Sudan, Federation president.
Problems of medial employees were discussed in the meeting particularly the problem originated from the recently launched HRM portals.
The employees appointed 38 years back when there was no digitalization and a single order was issued for the whole selection list.
Speakers in the meeting said now the employees after rendering 38 years in service in the Government feel difficulty while tracing the orders of back date.
They said that Service Book of the employees which is more authentic document lying with the Government should be considered for updating of HRM portal. Salaries of most of the employees are kept withheld due to any reason is affecting their families badly.
The Federation has urged the Government to reconsider their order of HRM portal and find appropriate way which is more suitable to the employees as well as to the Government.
Parfulat Singh, Kamal Jit Sawhney, R.P Singh and others were also present in the meeting.
