JAMMU, Feb 14: Managing Director, J&K SIDCO Ltd Kifayat Hussain Rizvi along with other officers visited BBIA Bhawan and interacted with members of the industrial body.
While welcoming the Managing Director, Lalit Mahajan, general secretary BBIA highlighted the various issues related to the Industrial sector, which include to make functional the ICD with Rail link and clearance of goods from Bari Brahmana Industrial Complex for free movement at Lakhanpur, pending work for the repair of roads/drains/bund under Centrally Sponsor Scheme ending 31-3-2015, development of land adjoining the bund for the Flatted Factory Complex, project report for the up gradation of infrastructure in Phase-I, Phase-II and EPIP Complex under the MSME Scheme with the consultation of the Association, expediting process to acquire 2000 Kanal land adjoining to EPIP Complex, cleaning contract for the BBIA complex, unauthorised parking of trucks on road side at K C Chowk and service centre for the washing of trucks working near Sudhir Gen Set, illegal parking of trucks in EPIP Complex Coca Cola Depot in Private land, allotment of land to micro & small units adjoining to HP Gas Plant, settle issues regarding the land transfer cases for getting No from DIC, delegation of power to Estate managers, allotment of Land for residential colony of Industrial units, alternate approach road from the complex etc.
Mementos were also presented to the guest by Rakesh Bhat, senior vice president of the Association.
While interacting with the gathering, Managing Director assured to resolve the issues related to the Industrial sector on priority basis & issue on spot order to the concerned officials accordingly.
