JAMMU, Aug 13: Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering & Technology, Jammu conducted a technology webinar on ‘Blockchain Technology and Industry Outlook’, under the guidance of Dr D S Pundhir – Director – Principal MBSCET.
This technology webinar was organised jointly with Industry ecosystem partner Winnovation Education Services Pvt Ltd. Winnnovation is a 360 degree Train to hire new age company with strong Industry knowledge and academy affiliations.
Sarbarinder Singh – Director – Winnovation Education Services started the webinar and emphasized the need for students to get skilled on Industry 4.0 technologies.
Dr Kavita Saini – renowned Industry speaker, technologist, blockchain enthusiast, book writer and consultant to technology Start Ups was the speaker on the subject. She guided the webinar with great insights from global perspective and emphasized the importance and adoption of Block Chain Technology by various sectors like Banking, Supply Chain, and Healthcare etc.
A detailed roadmap for students to learn and to become an expert in Block Chain Technology was an integral part of the webinar, which was very well attended and student’s interest and interactions were great.
Prof Amrik Singh – Vice Principal MBSCET guided the proceedings of webinar. Prof Surinder Sharma – HoD – IT Branch and Navdeep Singh from Winnovation, coordinated the webinar. Prof Jaswinder Kour – HoD –CSE branch proposed vote of thanks.
