KATHUA, July 29: The Management School at Kathua Campus, University of Jammu, today organized an induction programme for the 8th batch of MBA students admitted at Kathua.
The new batch was apprised of the course curriculum and also that the offerings of the MBA programme, which cover a much wider suite of academics and goes beyond the stated curriculum towards overall professional growth and holistic development of the students.
They were also informed about the teaching pedagogy being used in the delivery of curriculum. The faculty members acquainted them about the role of management education and training in their professional wellbeing. The students were also given an overview of the current expectations that the corporate have from the management graduates and thus were advised to strive for expertise and master the art of multi-tasking.
Earlier, Dr Jyoti Sharma, Incharge of the MBA programme, welcomed the freshers to Kathua Campus, and introduced the faculty members and the other office staff to the new batch of students. She also informed the students about the various achievements of the Kathua Campus under the leadership of Prof Neelu Rohmetra, Rector Kathua Campus.
Dr Naresh Sharma, Pankaj Khajuria, Viney Kesar, Vishal Sharma, Isha Sharma and Dr Bhanu Pratap Singh, Faculty members in the Management School interacted with the students.
