Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim dies, another injured

KATRA, June 10: An elderly pilgrim of Mata Vaishno Devi from Lucknow died because of heart attack at Adh-Kuwari while another pilgrim from Ludhiana sustained injuries due to shooting stone  near the cave shrine.
Reports said that a male devotee, namely Raj Kumar Tiwari (70), son of  Jagan Nath Tiwari  of Chopatia Lucknow (UP) suffered a massive  heart attack at Adkawari when he was going to the Bhawan for paying obeisance at Maa Vaishno Devi shrine. His family members shifted him to nearby dispensary where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Another male devotee, namely Om Parkash (72), son of  Payare Lal of H. No 264,  New Dana Mandi, near Jallandhar Bypass,  New Azad Nagar Ludhiana (Punjab), was injured due to a shooting stone  in front of new cave of Mata Vaishno Devi when he was coming back after paying obeisance.
He was shifted to hospital and his condition was stated to be stable.
